Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 October 2026

These terms set out the agreement between you and MediBridge when you use MediBridge. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By creating an account or using MediBridge, you agree to these terms.

Important: MediBridge helps you store, organise, translate and share your medical documents. It does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not an emergency service. In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency number straight away.

1. Who we are

MediBridge is provided by MediBridge Tech Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17352032), whose registered office is at 124-128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("MediBridge", "we", "us").

These terms cover the MediBridge mobile apps, the web app (app.medibridge.tech), inbound email upload and our website (medibridge.tech), together the "Service". If you use MediBridge on behalf of an organisation through our organisation portal, your organisation's agreement with us also applies (see section 14).

2. Who can use MediBridge

3. Your account

4. What MediBridge is, and what it is not

MediBridge is a personal health record tool. It lets you upload medical documents, organise them into profiles, read extracted text and translations, and share them with people you choose.

5. Your content

"Your content" means the documents, images, information and other material you or the people you share profiles with add to MediBridge.

6. Sharing your records

7. Acceptable use

When using MediBridge you must not:

8. Subscriptions and payment

9. Changes to the Service and availability

We are continually improving MediBridge, so features may change. If we make a change that significantly reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you, and you can cancel and receive a refund for any prepaid period you have not used.

We work hard to keep MediBridge available and secure, but we cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted or free from errors. We may need to pause the Service for maintenance, security or reasons outside our control. Where we can, we will give notice of planned downtime.

10. Ending your account

11. Our intellectual property

The MediBridge apps, website, software, design and brand belong to MediBridge Tech Ltd or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose while these terms apply. Feedback and ideas you share with us (for example in our community) can be used by us to improve MediBridge without any obligation to you.

12. Third-party services

MediBridge relies on third parties such as Apple, Google, Microsoft and Stripe to run parts of the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of an app store, a sign-in provider or a payment provider is also governed by that provider's own terms.

If you downloaded MediBridge from Apple's App Store, these terms are between you and MediBridge Tech Ltd, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for handling any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

13. Our responsibility to you

14. Organisations

If you use MediBridge as a member of an organisation, such as a clinic, employer or visa centre, through our organisation portal, your organisation's separate agreement with us governs that use. If it conflicts with these terms, the organisation agreement takes priority for that use.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our Service, the law or our business changes. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and if the changes are significant we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you do not agree to the new terms, you can stop using MediBridge and delete your account before they take effect.

16. Other important terms

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in the European Union, you also keep the benefit of any mandatory protections given by the law of the country where you live, and you can bring proceedings in your local courts.

If you have a problem, please contact us first at support@medibridge.tech so we can try to resolve it.
